Description: This internal feature service provides full parcel information for the City of La Mesa, including parcel boundaries, addresses, APNs (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers), ownership details, zoning, and site-specific characteristics such as total lot area, living space, and building features. Owner name and mailing-address fields are included here only—public-facing parcel downloads no longer carry that information under California Government Code § 6254.21 (AB 1785).As of now, ownership fields reflect the June 2025 snapshot. Because this layer contains protected owner information, access is limited to City staff and authorized users only. No public distribution of owner or mailing-address fields is permitted. The GIS team is actively developing an automated process to reintroduce monthly updates of all parcel attributes, including ownership, to ensure the data remains current and accurate. If you have any questions or need more details about this internal service, please contact the GIS team at gistech3@cityoflamesa.gov
